Look, it’s no secret that the construction industry is traditionally male dominated. While there’s been strides of change, a reduction of the gender pay gap from 16% to 7% (as per latest figures), there’s still a way to go. This International Women’s Day serves as a powerful reminder of the strides we’ve made towards gender equality and the work that still lies ahead. In the construction industry, historically dominated by men, the journey towards inclusivity and diversity is tough.
