📊 Q4, 2025 market update

2025 is shaping up to be a landmark year for Australian Subbies, with more unique jobs appearing on E1s platform than ever before, a strong sign of a strengthening commercial pipeline.

Here’s what we’re seeing across E1:

  • Record project volume, with 10% year-on-year growth across NSW, VIC and SA.
  • $344B in listed work so far, already ahead of last year’s $320B.
  • 700+ more projects published in Q4 compared with the same period last year, taking total tender value for the quarter to $104B.
  • The lowest average number of builders competing per tender in 6 years, giving more subbies winnable opportunities.
