Biography:
Vanessa Raso is the Chief People & Culture Officer at E1, where she has led the people and culture function since November 2022. Vanessa began her career as a lawyer before moving into people and culture, and has spent the last two decades leading HR functions across tech, media, and professional services, including roles at REA Group, News Perform, and ANZIIF. She is a Leadership Coach with qualifications in OCI/LSI practice and holds an Oxford certification in Organisational Effectiveness.
